Did you know the Law of Attraction works 24/7?
Once you know this, you can use it to your advantage and design the life you want.
Whether we like it or not, we are always manifesting!
LESSON #02. LAW OF ATTRACTION RESPONDS TO HOW YOU FEEL
If you feel great, good things happen. This includes feeling happy, playful, relaxed, creative, and curious.
If you feel bad, things tend to go wrong. This includes feeling sad, fearful, angry, worried, and stressed.
The Law of Vibration is the primary law. The Law of Attraction is the secondary law.
Everything in the Multiverse vibrates at a specific frequency. This applies to people, animals, objects, opportunities, and situations. Therefore, whatever your frequency is at a given time, this is your command to the Multiverse asking for more of that frequency.
Here’s an example in my life.
In the most unusual circumstances, I managed to manifest two work visas to Australia when I was in love with my partner, feeling happy and fulfilled. But, when things were not going well with her, I managed to lose both visa opportunities. At the time, this did not feel good, but long term, I now know this was for the best.
This example brilliantly illustrates the miracles and the setbacks of the Law of Attraction.
HOW WE FEEL IS A HELPFUL CLUE TO WHAT WE ARE THINKING
On a typical day, how do you feel most of the time?
Do you feel calm? Do you feel happy? Are you stressed? Do you feel anxious? Are you angry? Do you feel sad? Do you feel alone? Do you feel excited? Do you feel full of love and joy?
Let’s revisit Tip 02 Law of Attraction responds to how you feel. How you feel is a clue to your thoughts.
Why is this important? If you are feeling great, you are more likely to have positive or optimistic or hopeful thoughts. If you are not feeling good, you are more likely to be feeling negative thoughts, and these and feelings translate to what you attract into your life, hence the Law of Attraction. Henry Ford, summarises this brilliantly with his famous quote.
Our thoughts become our reality. If you think you will have an awesome day, you most likely will. If you think you think you will be late, you most likely will.
When we understand this principle, we can all be mindful of our thoughts and where necessary, re-write the story that we are telling ourselves. If we feel good about something, continue to have those thoughts. If we feel bad about something we are thinking, catch it and let it go. Be conscious of thoughts that make you feel good.
This links to Tip 02 regarding vibration. A good thought will raise your vibration. A bad thought will lower your vibration.
MANIFESTATION MAGIC
You just know. Knowing you are safe and protected is significantly stronger than thinking you are as thoughts can oscillate.
Consistent feelings of peace, joy, love, fun, creativity and excitement.
Ability to surrender and know everything is unfolding in the right way for you.

MANIFESTATION MISTAKES
Trying to manifest something great or specific when you feel bad. Just focus on doing whatever it takes to feel good and trust good things come into your life at the right time because everything has an incubation period also known as the Law of Gestation.
Trying to figure out ‘how’ your will get what you want. There is a fine line between taking baby steps towards your goals and surrendering to the Universe. You’ve told the Universe what you want and it will deliver. If you need evidence, think about all the wonderful things that you have already manifested throughout your life …
Being desperate. We all recognise this feeling - either we’ve had it or we’ve seen it. Sometimes sales people can have desperate energy if they need to make a sale; maybe when dating you or the other person has been desperate; sometimes we need money desperately. This energy is repelling what you actually desire. Always try to be in high vibration energy as it’s more attractive to people and opportunities. Remember the Multiverse is agnostic and will deliver things that match your desperate energy.
LESSON #03. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION
DO THE INTERNAL WORK TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION IN A HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE AND FUN WAY!
MANIFESTATION TECHNIQUES
When you know your goals and dreams, the only two things that you need to do is
Do whatever it takes to raise your vibration. This could be singing, dancing, listening to music, spending time with high-vibe people, time in nature, eating good food, meditation, exercise, your hobbies, petting animals etc. Try not to ‘outsource’ this too much, for example, only feeling good when you are with others, or when you are on holiday, or have time off, or being dependant on a partner, children or pets. The question is, what simple pleasures do you have for yourself?
Take baby steps towards your goals. For example, if you are single and you want to meet someone special, you must go out to places where you might meet a potential date. If you want to travel more, visit more places locally to start … who knows where these trips will take you.
Too many of us spend time worrying about the ‘how’ - how will I meet my partner? How will I become rich? How will I release the weight? When we are in vibrational alignment with the thing that we want, the ‘magic’ happens and the Universe takes care of the how.
But remember, in order for your dream to come true, you may need to release something in your life that isn’t serving you. For example, if you want more money, you may lose your job to get into this path of riches. Often at the time, it’s difficult to see the opportunity, but everything is always working for you.
CAN I MANIFEST MY EX BACK?
Yes and no.
When you work on yourself, your energetic composition changes. It’s possible that when this changes and you raise your vibration, your ex returns. It’s also possible that you may not want them back at this point. Or it’s possible you completely let them go and make room for someone new and better suited to you.
Remember, the only work you ever need to do is the internal work to make yourself feel good in a healthy and sustainable way, and trust that the right people and opportunities that match your vibration will come into your life.
Anything or anyone that no longer matches your vibration will leave.
WHAT CAN LOWER YOUR VIBRATION?
Certain foods and drinks such as alcohol, sugary drinks, and junk food can change your state and how you feel - this doesn’t mean you must stop drinking or eating chips, having the awareness gives you a choice. Many people soon realise their body does not want certain foods and drinks and will simply stop. Your body always knows best.
Negative people including family, friends, and work colleagues can lower your vibration. What can you do to minimise your interaction with them, or could you send them unconditional love daily? You can do this by resting your mind, going into your heart space, and sending them loving thoughts. They will feel this and a miracle could happen.
Environment - does your environment drain you or inspire you? Proximity is power. Who we spend time with we become and the environment dictates performance. Make sure you are spending time with high-vibe people.
ONCE YOU KNOW THE SECRET, YOU CAN CREATE THE LIFE YOU DESIRE
BUT I WANT EVERYTHING NOW!
The Law of Gestation tells us that everything has a gestation period - this is also known as an incubation or development period. We would not question why a woman who is 6-months pregnant has not yet had her baby; we understand the pregnancy process takes nine months. The pregnancy of an African elephant can be up to 22 months. A mouse’s pregnancy can be around 20 days. Everything has its unique gestation period.
The principle applies to all of your dreams. Some of our dreams will be instant; others could take weeks, months or even years. Trust the incubation period and continue to take action towards your goals.
Abraham Hicks describes this impatience beautifully: If you got everything you ever wanted now, it’s like having every meal that you will ever eat being given to you immediately. You would not be able to handle this. What we actually want is a steady stream of meals each day. The same principle applies to your goals and dreams.
Remember to acknowledge the small goals and everything that you do have as they contribute to the bigger picture.
Here are a few things that we may have, but we may take for granted
Having great health and being able to walk
Having quality and reliable friends
Having food in the fridge
Being able to see, speak, touch, feel and hear
Having WIFI and all the opportunities that it brings
