“A WORKOUT FOR YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS!”

“Energy healing was something that I’d never done before so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Vidia was able to instantly make me feel comfortable in a situation where I’d have otherwise felt very self-conscious.

After talking about various areas of my life in which I was having some trouble (issues with self-esteem which affected my professional life and relationships), Vidia was able to articulate back to me what her understanding of the issues were.

We then went to work...

Vidia asked me questions about my beliefs towards those situations and asked if I agreed to discard those beliefs or mentally download new ones. Through this, I was able to consciously recognise automatic thought patterns that may have been quite limiting to me, throughout my life. But also to reframe them in a more productive way.

The sessions last approx. 1 hour and by the end of each one, I felt pretty mentally exhausted. I would have to sleep for a couple of hours after each one.

I come from a fitness background where a good workout will always leave you tired as it’s the only way to get stronger. So I guess it’s a good analogy to use here too... Vidia is like a subconscious personal trainer and her sessions helped me to put my subconscious thought processes into my conscious mind to take different approaches to them.
